Peel the bananas and cut them into small chunks. Place the banana chunks in a freezer-safe container or ziplock bag and freeze them for at least 2 hours or until solid.
Once the bananas are frozen, transfer them to a food processor or blender. Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
Once the mixture reaches a creamy consistency, you can serve it immediately for a softer ice cream texture. If you prefer firmer ice cream, transfer the mixture back to the freezer for about 1 hour.
When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones. For added flavor and texture, you can also garnish it with sliced bananas, crushed nuts, or chocolate chips.
